I specifically chose to build a team to ensure my customers never felt like a number and have continuity in service. As my business has grown I wanted to ensure I can help every person that could benefit from my services. However I can't be in two places at once. I wanted to make sure all my customers have a live person that can produce solutions, have a direct person to contact, tour property, and send documents in a timely manner if I am serving another customer.
